Dan, I am told that it repeats continuously, as a Tea does.
FWIW, this plant is now growing in Palm Springs, CA.

Here is what I know:
Collected near the top of hill near the road, in the Placerville Union Cem. perhaps as long as 10 years ago. (Not by me.) Bloom is rather "floppy" but opens quite large -- perhaps 5 inches dia. and with up to 90 petals. The Plant is somewhat arched and drooping.

I do not believe this rose exists in the cemetery anymore.
